Robin de Leeuw ensures that the entire operation at Dimehouse runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. He personally maintains contact with suppliers and factories in China, India, Turkey and various other manufacturing countries. Since joining our Furniture Group straight after completing his marketing degree over ten years ago, Robin has developed into the specialist in optimising product quality and packaging.
Thanks to his dedication, we guarantee trouble-free weekly shipments to our customers in nine different European countries.
Rik Siepel – Data & Performance Manager
Rik Siepel ensures as Data & Performance Manager that all processes and systems at Dimehouse function optimally and integrate seamlessly. Thanks to his dedication and technical insight, our integrations with external webshops and marketplaces operate smoothly and efficiently.
Over the past ten years, our Furniture Group has heavily invested in a robust core system. Rik ensures that product information is always accurate and up to date not only on our Dutch webshop but also on the French and Spanish sites. With a background in marketing and a keen interest in online technology, Rik is constantly working on improving and optimising processes and performance.
Rik has been strengthening our team with his technical expertise and analytical skills for over six years now.

Romy & Kelly – Customer Service
Romy and Kelly are the beating heart of our customer service. They ensure that all customer enquiries via e-mail, telephone, chat and other channels are handled swiftly and with care. They do this not only for Dimehouse itself but also for all our partner platforms at home and abroad.
Romy from Dimehouse’s customer service is responsible for customer contact across all sales channels in Europe.
Occasionally this can be quite a challenge, but thanks to their dedication, organisation and customer-focused approach, they almost always manage to complete everything on time and correctly. Naturally, they can rely on colleagues such as Jordin or Bas when things get particularly busy. At Dimehouse, we always help one another wherever needed.
Rosan – Content Specialist
Rosan is responsible for all content on our webshops and product pages. She not only writes our blogs but also defines the look and feel of the website but also provides valuable input for the development of new products.
With her extensive knowledge of materials and fabrics and her data-driven approach, Rosan knows exactly what customers in each country care about. This ensures that the content aligns perfectly with the needs of our target audience.
Inge – Finance Controller
Inge ensures that our financial administration is accurate down to the last detail. She guarantees that the correct VAT rates are applied and remitted in every European country where Dimehouse operates. But her role goes beyond finance alone.
Inge is also responsible for auditing transport invoices. She continually analyses which shipping solution is most cost-effective for each unique combination of product and destination. Thanks to her keen eye for detail, we can fulfil our goal: delivering products anywhere in Europe for free, as cheaply and efficiently as possible.
Bert & Bas – Logistics Managers
Bert and Bas ensure that all orders are dispatched as quickly and carefully as possible. In addition, they coordinate the loading and unloading process and analyse return shipments to identify areas for improvement, such as packaging. Because we deliver to customers throughout Europe, logistics play a crucial role within our organisation.
