Bee Dimehouse We attach great importance to sustainability. That is why we stimulate the use of the original packaging when returning products. However, we understand that this is not always possible and therefore ask to properly pack the product for transport. Please note: it is not possible to return items in one of our showrooms.

Return conditions

- Return within 30 days of receipt.

- Product must be unused, undamaged and complete.

- Return preferably in original packaging, otherwise well packaged.

- Credit of the purchase amount within 14 working days of receipt in our return warehouse.

 

Damage or incorrect delivery

If the product is damaged or if you have received the wrong delivery, report this to our customer service within 2 days of receipt. Add photos of the product for a quick solution:

- Photo of the damage

- Photo of the entire product

- Photo of the box

 

Free return

- Return label for free return via a post point in your area.

- Products that are sold as a set, also return as a set.

- Unfortunately, pick -up is not possible in France.

 

Repayment

- In the event of cancellation or return, the amount will be refunded to your checking account within 14 working days.

- When paying afterwards: crediting the invoice after processing the return.

 

The reimbursement can be delayed until we have physically received the returned items or proof of shipment of the return has been provided.

How do I return my online order?

Returning products from Dimehouse Is always free. After receiving the product at home you have another 30 days to actually return the product. The faster the product is back, the sooner we can make credit in order.

  • 1. Register your return online

    Log in to your own account with the e-mail address with which you have placed the order. You will then receive an e-mail with a code so that you can log in.

    All your orders are in your personal account. You can return a product by clicking on Returns at the bottom right. Then you can go through all the steps. You will receive a confirmation email if your return request has been sent. You will then be processed by us.

  • 2. Printing return label and packing back

    When you are returned by us, you will receive a return label by e-mail. Print the label and stick the label on the box. Pack the items that you want to return in the original packaging and make sure that old barcodes are not visible on the box by, for example, removing the label from the box or by striping them with a (black) marker.

  • 3. Return

    Take the package to a delivery point of the relevant carrier that is on the return label.

    Please note: you do not receive a return label for large furniture, so you do not have to return these furniture yourself at a delivery point. An appointment is made for this to pick up the piece of furniture at your home.

  • 4. Reimbursement of your return

    After we have received your return shipment, we strive to process this within 14 days. Once your return shipment has been unpacked and processed, you will receive an email from us. Save the return certificate well until the return shipment is fully processed and you have received the reimbursement. When the return shipment is processed, the purchase amount is refunded.
