Delivery at Dimehouse

We ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible, with reliable carriers and clear communication. The expected delivery time is always stated on the product page.

Fast delivery

Orders usually being delivered within 3-5 working days. We ship the items from our warehouse in the Netherlands and handly all custom clearance for you. You will not get involved in this procedure. The current delivery time is stated with each product on the product page.

Shipping costs

Free shipment for orders over £149.
Other countries: We ship to all West European countries. If you are interested, please select your country on the right top.

Delivery to the door

Your order will be neatly delivered to your front door. Large furniture is usually delivered by a specialized furniture courier. We send small packages via parcel services such as DPD.

Pre-orders and delivery time

Is a product in pre-order? Then a longer delivery time applies. The expected delivery date can always be found on the product page.

Delivery process

Shipping is free for orders over £149. For orders under £149, a shipping fee of £9.95 applies.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please check the product page for the estimated delivery time of your selected items.

During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be extended by a few days due to carrier delays. Thank you for your understanding!

Step 1: Thank you for your order

We will process your order in our system.
Step 2: Product in stock?

Our warehouse employees will immediately get started for you and prepare your order for shipping.
Step 3: Your order is ready for departure

Now it is waiting for our transport services that come to collect the package.
Step 4: Received track & trace code

You will receive a track and trace code by mail the day for delivery. NB! You cannot yet follow your order.

Step 5:

Just patience. Your order will be picked up at our warehouse within 1-3 business days by our carriers.
Step 6: Your order is on the road

YES! Your order has been picked up from us. From now on you can follow the track-and-trace code. Your order will probably be delivered the next two days.
Step 7: Order is delivered

Ding-dong! Your order has been delivered. Remove your order from the package and enjoy your furniture.
