Delivery time

What is the delivery time of products?

The delivery time of products is on the product page. These delivery times are dynamically updated. As soon as the delivery time becomes smaller, this delivery time will be updated automatically.

Who transports the orders?

Your package can be supplied by PostNL, DHL or DPD. By those specifically, that depends, among other things, on the size of the package.

On the evening of shipment you will receive a confirmation that your package has been sent and you will receive a track & trace code with which you can follow the shipment.

Delivery by external partners.

Products from partners are also sold in our webshop. These products are delivered by the external supplier.

When will I receive a track & trace code?

The Track & Trace code is created when our men and women get started with your order in the warehouse. The same evening you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace code on which you can follow the shipment. In principle this is always the evening before the day of delivery. 

You will receive the tracking code between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. Is your code not working yet? We recommend checking your tracking code the next morning, because the courier must first scan your package. Is the T&T not working yet? Then contact our customer service!

Do I have to stay home all day for delivery?

For products with small dimensions such as seats and lamps you will receive a track & trace code from us. With this code you can estimate when you can expect your package. The courier gives you a time in which they expect to come by. 

Products with large dimensions such as benches, cupboards and armchairs requires (usually) a longer delivery time. We contact us or send you information about the delivery.

When will I receive a track & trace code?

Did you not receive any email the next morning? Then check whether you have entered your e-mail address correctly. Is this correct, but you don't have any mail yet? Then your order will probably not have been sent and the code will appear in your mail later! Do you want to check it out? Then you can always ask your question via one of our contact options. Then we check it for you!
