Dimehouse UK Return Policy

If you wish to return an order, please read the conditions below carefully. We are a Dutch based webshop, and unfortunately we are not able to take the products from your address. Since the first of January 2025, shippers do not offer this option anymore.

So please be aware that you need to return your products yourself to a Parcel Shop; Royal Mail or Evri for example.


Return Conditions

We accept to receive returns within 30 days after delivery at your address.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and complete for a refund.
  • Preferably returned in original packaging; otherwise, ensure products are securely packaged.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your return at our warehouse.


Damage or Incorrect Delivery

If the product arrives damaged or is incorrect, notify our customer service within 2 days of receipt at customerservice@dimehouse.co.uk. Please include the following photos to facilitate a quick resolution:

  • Photo of the damage
  • Photo of the entire product
  • Photo of the packaging

For missing or damaged parts, please provide a clear description of the missing part.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 working days of receipt in our warehouse.
  • If you selected Klarna payment, the invoice will be credited after processing the return.


So how to return?
To return your items, please hand them in to Evri or Royal Mail (or any shipper you like to use), and follow the instructions.’

  1. Hand them in to the nearest Parcel Shop.
  2. Fill in that it is a return of goods without commercial value. This is allowed if you return goods to the seller within an acceptable timeline.
  3. Also fill in our VAT number which is connected to the Article 23 ER Regulations 1186/2009 for importing goods to the European Union without VAT calculated;

  4. Our VAT registration number you can ask by contacting our customer service.
    b. Our Company name is Vince Ecom B.V., don’t use the name of Dimehouse.

We will send you a copy of our VAT registration. If you print this document and take it with you, you will only be charged the parcel costs and no export or VAT costs.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@dimehouse.co.uk.

All returns must be communicated exclusively through our customer service, not with Klarna, PayPal or via other payments methods. They cant provide the correct details for your return.

Make sure you ask for the tracking code so you can follow the shipment back to the Netherlands.


Return process in short

  • 1. Register your return with our customer service

    To return a product, send an email to customerservice@dimehouse.co.uk with your return request.

    Clearly state the reason for return and add, if applicable, photos of any damage.

    After receiving your email, we will send you the necessary information to arrange your return.

  • 2. Make the parcel ready for return

    Pack the items you want to return in the original packaging and make sure that old barcodes are not visible on the box by, for example, removing the label or crossing it out with a (black) marker.

  • 3. Return your item

    Take the package to a carrier who can send your parcel back to us.

    Please keep a copy of your return, especially the tracking information. It takes around 3-5 days to return your goods.

  • 4. Refund of your return

    Once we have received your return, we process your return within 14 working days.
