The delivery times can be found with every product on the product page. We do our best to deliver the products to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order after placement. If the order is placed, it will be automatically sent to the distribution center and will then be prepared for shipping.
If you want to change the address, this is no longer possible after placement of the order. If the product has a longer delivery time, this option does exist. Send us an email via klantenservice@dimehouse.nl With your order number and the new address details so that we can implement this.
My product is not in stock, what now?
My product is not in stock, what now?
Is the product no longer in stock, but is it still visible on our webshop? Then the product comes back! Unfortunately we sometimes have to deal with longer delivery times. If the freight has reached the country, we can use a delivery time and this delivery time becomes visible on the product page!
If a product is no longer in our webshop, the product will not return. Do you have questions about a missed product? Then you can always contact us.

Do you have anything in order at Dimehouse, But does it take too long and have you seen something else fun in the meantime? Then we can of course make this in order. The easiest way is to cancel your current order and place a new order through our webshop. We can refund the purchase amount of your original order to your account or convert it into a discount code. For this, contact our customer service by mail or start a chat through the button at the bottom right of the page. We are happy to look with you what is possible!

Your package can be supplied by PostNL or by DHL. Those who specifically depend on the size of the package. Is the package within the size 100x70x58 cm? Then it is delivered by PostNL or DHL. All packages larger than this size are sent by PostNL Extra@Home. On the evening of shipping you will receive a shipping confirmation that your package has been sent with one Track & Trace Code With which you can follow the shipment. Do you live in an apartment complex? Then it is supplied up to the 4th floor to the front door. Both by stairs and per lift.
