Delivery times are displayed on each product's page. We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Have you found your favorite product(s)? That's great! You can easily place your order on the website. Add the product(s) to your cart. From here, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking 'View Cart'. Now you are in your cart. From here, you can check out by clicking 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Now you will arrive at the order page. You can choose to create an account so that your details are saved for next time. Creating an account is not mandatory; you can also proceed as a guest. Fill in your details and choose your shipping and payment method. Do you have a discount code? Don't forget to enter it in the 'Discount Code' box.
Lastly, it is important to double-check your order. This way, you can be sure that everything is correct! After the check, you can leave a comment and subscribe to the newsletter. This way, you will always be informed about spectacular promotions and new collections!
Click on 'Go to Payment' and you will be redirected to your chosen payment method. Here you can check out.

How do I change/cancel my order?
In some cases, it is possible to change your order. This depends on whether the order has already been processed towards our warehouse. If it has already been picked, then it is in the shipping process. If this is not the case yet, we can often still change the order.
Send us an email at customerservice@dimehouse.co.uk with your order number and the change so we can process it.
What should I do if my product is out of stock?
What should I do if my product is out of stock?
If the product is no longer in stock but is still visible on our webshop, then the product will likely return. How long this takes varies by product.
If the products are being transported to the Netherlands (often by ship from India and/or China), we can estimate a delivery time. This delivery time will then be visible on the product page. Note: there may be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that could extend the delivery time. Think of the exceptional situation in the Suez Canal in 2021.
If a product is no longer listed in our webshop, then the product will not return. Do you have questions about a missed product? You can always contact us.
How is my order delivered?
How is my order delivered?
Your package may be delivered by one of our carriers. This could be PostNL, DHL, Dynalogic, or DPD, for example. Which carrier will deliver your order depends on the size of the package.
You will receive a shipping confirmation on the evening of shipment that your package has been sent, including a track & trace code with which you can track the shipment. Note: this tracking becomes active as soon as the carrier has scanned your package at the depot. In exceptional cases, there may be a few days delay between receiving the track & trace code and the tracking becoming active.
