Would you like to return an item? We will arrange the return of your order with a return voucher. Select below the number of vouchers that match the product you want to return.
How many return vouchers do I need?
Chairs, bar stools, coffee tables, side tables, lamps and TV furniture
- Was your order delivered by PostNL, DPD or Dynalogic? Then you need 1 return voucher per box.
Armchairs
- Delivered via PostNL or DPD? Then you need 1 return voucher per box.
- Delivered via DHL or Dynalogic? Then you need 2 return vouchers per box.
Bar tables
- You need 2 return vouchers for a bar table. We will collect the shipment from your home.
Dining tables
- You need 3 return vouchers for a dining table. We will collect the shipment from your home.
Sofas
- To return a sofa you need 4 return vouchers. This includes all types of sofas.
Cabinets
- You need 1 return voucher per package.
Accessories and coat racks
- You need 1 return voucher per package.
Do I drop off my return or will you pick it up?
If you receive a Dynalogic return ticket from us, we will collect it. If you receive a return ticket for DPD or PostNL, you can take it to a local parcel point yourself.
Important: original packaging
Preferably use the original packaging of the product. Our carriers have different maximum dimensions and packaging requirements. As a result, alternative packaging can cause additional transport costs. Any additional costs can be deducted from the return amount. That would be annoying for you.
State order number
Would you like to state your order number in the comments field when ordering the return voucher? This way we can process your return faster.
Further handling
After purchasing the return voucher, you will receive further instructions from us for processing your return. You can also send an email by return to confirm that the return voucher has been successfully purchased.
